Our Passion Our passion is to create an environment where your well-being is at the center of everything we do. My sister was a working nurse in the Bay Area. She tragically ate E Coli lettuce, causing her to come near death. After being in a coma for two months, and being in a critical care hospital situation for another three months she was able to be moved to the desert, moving into Stonewall Gardens.

The administration, care-takers, etc. I can't say enough to thank the staff of Stonewall Gardens for the attentive, professional, and loving care they gave my dear friend in the final months of his life. The staff take their mission to heart and it really shows.

In the final weeks, they worked closely with his doctors and hospice care teams to ensure he passed without pain and in a peaceful loving environment. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I never really thought about what my life would be like when I got older. But the ability to be myself in my home and with my family of fellow residents is more fun than I expected.

Having a caring staff close at hand to help me with anything that comes up day or night is a comfort. People make the difference and Stonewall has great people. I would not change a thing. Our view of the San Jacinto mountains is breathtaking, I get to enjoy it every morning when I walk my dog.

The facility is physically beautiful but there is so much more to it than that. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly without being condescending or patronizing. The attitude is much different here. My prior experience in assisted living was all about the way they did things and the expectation that residents would conform.
